Absolutely wonderful, Laura! I don't see how people can talk on a cell phone and drive responsible anyway.

Well, the thing that gets me, this person was NOT on a phone. They were talking to their passenger. But they were one of those people that (1) talks with their hands and (2) has to look at a person when talking to them.
