(no subject)
So I have been wearing new glasses for almost a week now, and NOBODY has noticed or commented. Not a single person.
I take this as a good thing! It means they really suit me and look natural on my face. Even the lady at the eye place said, "Those aren't the glasses you were wearing when you walked in?" This surprises me because they are dark brown plastic frames. They seem really conspicuous compared to the wire-rimmed frames I have worn since eighth grade.
We are traveling to Boston this weekend to see relatives, and my parents and 2/3 of my brothers are coming as well. I'm post-dating this entry (I am writing on Wednesday night) so I won't give it away; I want to see if they notice.
On the other hand, I get comments all the time on how much my hair has grown out. I liked the novelty of having it short, and it was easier to care for, but I like it better long.
