I've been holding on strong to the belief that Remus and Sirius are gay together since I finished PoA. It's so plausible. Dog and a wolf? BOTH CANINES. The moon and the brightest star? CELESTIAL SIMILARITIES! Plus, the living together and the joint Christmas present and all that. The brotherly embrace doesn't signal a bell, but Snape's remark about them fighting like an old married couple makes me think Severus would have bothered them about tiffing like newlyweds or something back in school after he caught them snogging in some classroom or something.

And Tonks. Remus only got together with her AFTER Sirius. And I firmly believe Remus only did because she was so much like Sirius. She's a Black, daughter of Sirius' favorite cousin, and all happy and young and things like Sirius would have been in school.

And on JKR's website, when you click on the pink eraser for the "?" section, you can totally see the moon right next to a Canis Major-like constellation. Coincidence? Who knows.

I have more points, but it's two AM and my brain wants sleep, so my ranting is over now. :)

Basically, JKR totally ships Remus/Sirius and it's blatantly obvious.
