Is it Physical Therapy or is it Torture?
I have completed the first full week of my return to PT. At times it sucks to be me. But it is not all bad. Although I have a long way to go; 9 months - 1 year to get "normal", all is not so horrible. It's all about progress. Yeah, it hurts sometimes, but my mobility is improving little by little. I can even pat the top of my head with my right hand - WooHoo! Sure I have to tilt my head to the side a bit, but it still counts....
