I just came back from the AFS week end... about 20 kids signed up to go abroad next year (which is a lot).
They're all real nice and SMART -it feels good to be surrounded by smart people sometimes, unlike the way it is at school... ;-)) Talked with them until 3:00 in the morning, had fun, got to see a friend, Baptiste (who just got back from a year in Australia) and tons of other friends who went to the US at the same time that I did.
Got back into the "AFS spirit" which is , to sum up, awesome.
Then sunday, all the exchanges kids met us up. I started talking to this really cool guy from Ohio, Hans who is something like 18- and has the postal Service CD (mais que le monde est petit...). His accent is adorable.
There girls from Poland, Norway, Argentina, Germany, Costa-Rica, Croatie, a guy from Russia, another one from Thailand, etc...
I'll probably see them in about 2 weeks -all the 17 exchanges students that are right now living in or around Tours will come over or something.
CHLOE- I want/need to call you, give me your number (maybe next week end). <3
