Dumbleydore and TV

So I'm sure everyone has heard by now about our dear friend being outed, lol.  It all makes perfect sense now, with all the close friendships with males and whatnot.  I think it is pretty awesome, but I suppose it's a little sad too, since the world isn't accepting enough for JK to be able to include it in the actual books.  Sadly, this will probably increase the outrage coming from the Anti-Potter hyperconservatives.  Oh well, they can't take away our fun =D

In other news, I thought I'd give my sentiments on my (very limited) Fall TV viewing.  Naturally, there may be some spoilers, so you have been warned!

OK, so this one is a summer show, but it spilled over into Fall, so I will include it anyway.  So I was Team CJ all the way, and I was obviously sad when he got sent home.  But still, I understand, especially if his dish really was the *sniff* worst in Top Chef history.  After that, I was Team Casey, and I think most of the judges were too.  She had everything going for her, but sadly, she dropped the ball big time in the finals, and the judges really couldn't pick her with any fairness.  But she got Fan Favorite, so go Casey!

OMG, so excited!!! K, that's all =D

In the past year, I have become a devout fan of this one, watching every single episode from past seasons, so I was pretty stoked when it was Top Model time once again.  I am definitely Team Sarah at the moment, she is funny and sooo pretty.  Plus, I think the whole "normal size model" thing is way awesome.  I think Jenah is pretty hot as well, she has great pictures, but her personality is a little blah.  I like most of the makeovers, except for Lisa and Saleisha.  Hopefully they can work their new looks anyway!  Nigel is hot-tastic as usual, he is NEVER allowed to leave the show!  I think the whole "green" thing is a tad preachy, but the house still looks awesome anyway.  OK, I could go on for hours about this one, so I'm just gonna cut it off here.

OK, this one probably goes at the top of my guilty pleasures list.  My boyfriend and I discovered it on On Demand, and have become rather hooked.  I know it sounds lame, but the kids are so smart!  They are pretty damn funny too, it's been awhile since I've spent extended time around children.  I realllly don't like the beauty queen girl, though!  "Beauty queens don't do dishes, DEAL WITH IT!!"  OK, this isn't the Miss America pageant, no one cares if you're a "beauty queen"!!  But some of the other kids really like to go off on her, which makes me happy.  So as much as I hate to admit it, this show is pretty entertaining.

OK, this one is pretty high on the guilty pleasures list as well.  It's kind of like the OC, but it doesn't take itself quite so seriously.  I like Dan and Jenny a lot, I think it's a nice touch that they included some kids that aren't part of the snobby rich society crap.  I think creepy Chuck is pretty entertaining too.  I really wanted to give Blair the benefit of the doubt, but she's making it harder and harder.  And it looks like Jenny might be morphing into mini-Blair, I realllly hope that doesn't happen!

My old standby...I'm liking this season so far, I like the twist where someone gives the clue each week to a member of the opposite tribe.  Off the top of my head, my faves are James, Todd, Amanda, Jamie, and Eric.  But I worry about James, because he is becoming buddy-buddy with stupid Jean Robert, and now everyone is lumping them together.  C'mon James, find better friends!  And could Courtney be more irritating?!  Did it occur to her she should maybe try to gain some body fat before she left?  I don't want her to get into an alliance with Todd and Amanda...And Sherea is super-annoying too!  Who actually thinks it's a good idea to go out of your way to not work around camp?  Yeah, I hope she doesn't last.  OK, and this is a little mean, but could Denise's haircut possibly be less flattering?  A mullet, really?
