I am grateful to those in the clinic who have taken the time to assist me, but I wish to experience the rest of the city outside the walls of this school. No one has come to assist me more permanently, and I understand. Blind or seeing, I am a stranger here, and no one is obligated to dedicate so much of their life to assisting a stranger. If only Machi were here...
So I will no longer request that someone stay with me at all times, but if someone capable of defending themselves and myself would be willing to give me at least a few hours, I wish to take a walk around the city. Perhaps then I could move about on my own more easily, and I would not have to trouble anyone for help quite as much. Is there anyone who has the time?
