The hoopskirt is made out of sturdy cotton and has layers of pleated lace, venetian lace and pleated satijn with pearls.
The hoopskirt has 3 metal hoops that have been incased in bonintape to prevent tearing.
It closes with a drawstring waist.
The matching round fascinator is coverd with the fabric of the skirt, white pleated lace and a double cream bow with pink.
It slides into your hair with a plastic comb.
Waist skirt measures 66 cm.
