Avena (Oatmeal) Shake (or, the Poor Man's Milkshake)

I just tried this.  So perfect for this weather, without playing hob with your arteries later:

1/4 cup uncooked rolled oats
2 cups almond milk
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tblsp. raw honey
2 cups ice cubes

Run through a blender.  Makes two utterly lovely servings.  Comes from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, from a Costa Rican eatery in Chicago named Irazu.
