it's a new day, or something
I just took an hour or so and did some cleaning in the apartment. Not that you can tell, not that it even scratched the surface, but I still did something. I shredded a ton of stuff. Now i just have to take 18 meeeeelllion trips to the trash.
I'm not going to make my NaNo goal, but I might hit 35k by the end of november. I'm okay with 35k - it means that a YA would take about 2 months to write, and I didn't force, force, force myself this month. I haven't "won" a NaNo yet, so no big deal if i don't this time. Again let me say, those of you who finish writing projects are incredible. I'm so impressed. I get anxious just thinking about finishing something.
Anyway, I cleaned. I'm going to write. I feel somewhat accomplished.
Also, I know what I'm getting some people for the holidays. That NEVER happens to me until, oh, i don't know december 22nd. I know what i'm getting Q, Coj and Jenn, definitely. That's three whole people. I think I thought of more things for more people, but I'm not remembering it right now. I better write a list somewhere.
