New Icons!
This one is a particular favorite. So....I got cast in ALL FREAKIN THREE SHOWS we're doing next semester! I guess they want to send me out with a bang. Man! My last freakin semester in college!!! It's almost over! I can't believe it! Good god that all happened WAY too fast. That was like 10 times faster than high school...
I will be playing the Teenage Greek Chorus in "How I Learned to Drive", which I'm the most excited about because the Teenage chorus gets to be the GRANDMOTHER!!! I'm totally going to steal the show. Everyone should read that play if you haven't heard of it. It's amazing. Paula Vogel is the playwright. We're also going to be doing the Vagina Monologues for Valentine's day. And then at the end of March we're doing "Das Barbecu", which is our musical. It's Wagner's Ring Cycle set in Texas. With Cowboys and Cowgirls. And...*groan* Country Western music instead of German Opera... So once again, I have to grace everyone with my texas accent. Now everyone's gonna think that's how I talk in real life.
Anyway...that's pretty much it for now. Going to Chris's house tomorrow to begin our busy line-up of Christmas festivities with all the family members.
