Room Available
Ok, my downstairs renter has put in his 30 days, so I now have a room available for rent. The house is a 2-storey townhouse that only shares one wall with another unit (we're an end unit) and there are only 3 homes per unit. It's 1411 sq. ft., 3 bed/3 bathroom, 10 years old. We have a kitchen, 1-car garage which serves as a "project room" (shop+sewing+some storage), big living room, washer-dryer set, with vaulted ceilings. It's at Rural and Ray in Chandler, close to the 101, 202, 1-10, not far from the I-60. We're also close to Chandler Fashion mall and Ahwahtukee shopping. The complex has a pool and spa as well. The room itself is a master bedroom - 15'x16' (it's huge), with an attached full bathroom (shower, tub, toilet, sink), and a hall with closet (8'x6' with the closet taking up 1/2 lengthwise.) It also has a private entry to the outside via a door that opens onto the outdoor patio. Everything but the room itself is fully furnished. We also have cable internet run through a protected wireless network, as well as cable TV (we get extra channels by accident - don't tell the company). Myself and my sig. other live in the upstairs master and I teach violin out of the other upstairs room - i.e. if you move in, you'll be the only one living downstairs.
