::Jabber took a joint out of the medicine cabinet as soon as the door was locked behind her and sat on the edge of the tub lighting up. She inhaled deeply before turning the water on. She couldn't hear the screaming over the running water.
Girl you have no faith in medicine Oh girl you have no faith in medicine Acetaminophen you see the medicine oh girl
After sucking down the first joint she took her clothes off and sank into the tub- looking around in sheer panic not seeing the baggy, she found it right where she left it- on a tv tray she kept in the bathroom to prepare drugs on when she wanted a nice relaxing tub high.
Jabber lay in the bath for a long time thinking about Remy. She was amazed at his offer to help get get high. Help her get what she needed - especially after the party when he suggested she quit. That is wasn't good for her. He said it wasn't good a thing having that kind of hold on her but Remy sure had a hold himself.
Is there a way to find the cure for this implanted in a pill

He hears the splashing and runs to the bathroom door, knocking. "Ma cherie? Are you okay in there?" He gets no response, and tries again, pounding on the door. "Bruiser? BRUISER!"
Knowing that she must have been doing more than taking a bath, he swears and gets down on one knee, pulling out his lock picks and inserting them into the locks. He is upset enough that he has some difficulty with the tumblers, and nearly breaks the picks as he jimmies them around. Finally he feels them move, and the lock clicks. Sighing with relief he throws open the door, searching the room, and immediately spotting her in the tub. She is completely submerged, her eyes wide open.
"Oh, darlin', no!" Remy feels crushed by guilt that he allowed her to take the drugs, even though he knows it was her own choice. He reaches into the tub and drags her body out, then lays her on the tiles and starts CPR.

I know, ma cherie. Drownin' is never a fun thing, you can be sure of that. Jus' give yourself a moment, you'll be fine. Do you want to go to the hospital?

You seem familiar to me. I am thinking you mus' be Death, they did tell me you stop by here. Save her? Please?

I remember everyone.
I can bring her back. But I can't save her. Which one are you asking me to do?

You are too clever for me, ma cherie. Bring her back, and we'll see if she wants to save herself, peut-etre.
