a certain revelation

I think this is the point in my life where i'm no longer held back by a stifling education system, or 'the way my society should think', and I'm no longer frustrated with learning things that I didn't find useful, or was particularly interested in ( Read more... )

fashion is amazing, everything that it is and it stands for! I do love architecture, however it's not an easy thing to do! I guess i post about it all the time because it's taking up my entire life at the moment ^_^

I didn't know you took business, i think that's really awesome :D my mother wanted me to try business but i wasn't that keen on it!

well, i am more passionate about business now then back then in my student's days.. haha. i have always been more into languages and communication and at some point i really wanted to study archeology. haha.

i am sure architecture is not easy! but I am sure if you have a passion for it, it must be so fascinating!!!

It's great to have a large range of interests! I was quite fascinated by archeology because of the national geographic magazines, but i think for me that was more of a childhood thing. Languages are so difficult to learn, but really fulfilling aren't they?

yeah it is really fascinating, especially learning about the works of others. It's the designing part that is the nightmare, but it can be fulfilling as well :D

maybe that is why i feel architecture is not for me. the designing part scares me. it's like painting, you start on a white sheet and i never know how to fill it. don't get me wrong, i am a creative person and have a vivid imagination but i cannot put it into something that would copy it. you know, i do different things to express my creativity like dancing how i feel or mail art... i wish i could do graphic programs, i gotta learn because i have so many imagines in my mind i want to put them into reality. you know. for example for music mixes (i love making them for friends) and then i create the cover with paper and glue and scissors. making something nice but it is not what i have in mind, the outcome.. bah ( ... )

yeah it can get a bit daunting, starting from a blank canvas! That's why it's important to have inspiration from so many different places :D But it's good to be creative in other areas as well!

Languages are difficult for me! grammar is the thing that i struggle the most with in french :S You're so awesome for picking up spanish that fast!
