(no subject)
yay! everyone was sooooooo nice and remembered my birthday even though i didn't!
1st, i got a balloon and a HUGE chocolate bar from malkie on yud iyar

annette gave me PERMISSION TO RECEIVE by Rabbi Keleman
THEN
i apparently got a DUCK OF ALL THINGS in the mail from jenny on motzei shabbos but no one told me til sunday afternoon- it was really cool!!! it said splish splash! which was a little dumb but jenny wrote QUACK QUACK! which made a whole lot more sense than what hallmark had to say so it was all good. by the way, itwas $1.11 in postage so it must have been heavy for the mailman. it also says cancel something which was weird. but i must say i've never gotten a rubber ducky in the mail on my birthday before.
THEN
yaffa gave me a card and a bag of yummy hugs (i didn't share too many but there's tonsssss left so we can still do that)
THEN
abra gave me a picture frame with abra and i and a lot of green bushes and stuff in the back which is really pretty. of course menachem took all the pictures (at the botanical gardens)so every single one of them is looking up at us which isn't necessarily flattering but it's still a really pretty picture
THEN
annette gave me a card with a cute little bear on it
THEN
we got to devorah's cake!!! (with card- oh no! i think the janitor threw it out!!!)
it's funny- i don't think i've ever gotten so many birthday wishes as on the days that someone made me a cake! funny how people who don't know you seem to be able to wish you happy birthday. as devorah would say: huh!
even Rabbi Francis noticed. actually what he said to chana was "WHAT'S THAT???!???" so she tried to explain that it was birthday cake but it didn't really come out clearly. but anyway, then in honor of my birthday, the wuiz what out of 16 so i got 100!!!!
and the cake was realllllly yummy!
and now i must go have my yummy chicken cutlet supper (i sliced the chicken reaaaaaal thin (not to be confused with "where they talk reaaaaaaaaaal sloooooooowwwww") and thank-ye all who contributed to this very nice (birth)day!
