I'm back baby, big time (c) Sugar Rush
It took me a lot of time to return, because i was unsatisfied with my work. Every icon i've made looked so "been there, done that" that i was ashamed to post them here. But you know every crisis have to end someday and i think it is a good day to make it.
Well lets see what i've done. There are a few ideas that i carried out: spirals, shadows and contrasting collages.
First, spirals or how i call them Tunnels in the past.The main concept is to show the real history of people and places. And it's kind of looks cool. You know circle is the ideal shape.
Second, shadows. That effect is really simple, but it makes icon more sensual and alive.
Finally collages. I've made them earlier too, but "innovation" is a contrasting layers to blend, not only bright and colorful parts.
