When I've teased my Photoshop last time I've found awesome tool. I’m still so excited about it! It’s the most helpful thing that I've ever found by myself. I’m not a greedy person so I want to share it with you. It’s not a guide in general - I just don’t know how to tag it.
and for this gift I feel blessed.
Our little group has always been
and always will until the end'>
Ladies and Gentlemens meet the Colour Replacement tool (B)!
This tool doesn’t paint over, it’s gives a tone to a picture.
So you can paint all details manually. Like here:
And I've done a little research about it for a couple of weeks.
1.SOME ADVICES OF USAGE.
•Don’t touch image size until you paint it. If you'll violate the border that will be imperceptible when you reduce the picture.
•Your picture will turn out really colourful! So use other tools too. Like Selective colouring and Bright/Contrast layers.
•There still something about the colours. It’s a palette of colours that I used and that lay down well. I don’t know will it be helpful but post it just in case.
2.IT’S HELPFUL FOR…
•If you want to blend two icons together but they have different colours. Like these icons:
•If you want a colourful icon.
•If you don’t want to cut out people from background. But you want to allocate them.
For example:
I have chosen
this cap with Sheldon and Penny from The Big Bang Theory. And I didn’t know what to do with it.
CRtool helped me.
3.SOME PROBLEMS.
· •Black and white colours make icon black&white! The same with soft colours - be careful!
·
•And the second problem with people skin. It's turn out green or orange.
Cap from Glee:
Shreks girlfriend =D
Use Selective colouring...and now it’s fine!
It’s all that I wanted to tell you! Inspiration for you, guys! Sorry for my English =D
