Motion for More Definite Statement

It's ten o'clock at night on Saturday in beautiful San Diego, CA, and I'm crowded in a tiny carrel in the law library with all my books and a stack of cases for a memo I just can't bring myself to write. I declined my colleagues' invite to Las Vegas in favor of completing an entire week's worth of assignments in two days. I'm doing pretty good (except for the memo), but mostly have just eaten a bunch of snacks and decided that, even with all this extra effort, I probably still won't make law review. Maybe the snacks say it all; I'm lazy. My friend's dad graduated from law school second to last in his class, until the guy ranked below him committed suicide. I guess I'll work on more realistic goals after I finish reading this case.
