Charles had been meaning to talk to Aqua about a certain conversation for some time now. Then, as typical for the pair, things happened that required their attention elsewhere. Things had settled down somewhat, he thought it was the appropriate time to talk to her. Especially now that he was no longer a child again. The city of Promenade kept finding new and inventive ways to irritate Charles.
It was late in the afternoon when he sent the message to Aqua about wanting to speak with her. He didn't want to inconvenience her training at all, especially since he knew what it was like to have a great deal of time spent on training. He wheeled himself into the kitchen to prepare two cups of tea. Thankfully, not everything was too difficult for him to reach for in the kitchen. Admittedly, he could have simply dreamed up two cups of tea, but it seemed like cheating. Charles wasn't very fond of dreaming things up as it was. He found it too convenient and given how the system didn't work during the events in September, he thought it best not to rely on it too much.
