this thread, Sephiroth and Erik meet.
Where: The park
When: Backdated, shortly after Erik's arrival.
Warnings: Just two powerful gentlemen.
Sephiroth remains largely neutral about this place, the people here, and the potential roles he may or may not take. His waking life troubles him, and in contrast, Promenade seems unreal, less urgent. Yet it is not like him to enjoy idleness or to lack commitment. He wants to do something, but what? That is the question. The general is restless.
Thus far, he has been quiet, curious, keeping a low profile. He gathers intelligence and forms connections. He was interested in the new arrival he spoke to and the ability the man seemed to possess. He does not know the full extent of it, but it's not a power he's familiar with. Unfamiliar things intrigue him, as does the possibility of making allies, so he had arranged to meet with the new arrival.
It takes Sephiroth little time to reach the park, even when moving at a reasonable speed. Once there, he waits, standing out against the greenery, black and silver. The park is oddly quiet in this moment, or perhaps he has only dreamed it so. He draws in a deep breath. The air tastes fresh and sweet, so unlike the air of Midgar, his home. The tranquility, too, is unlike what he has left behind. Peace is something he has known so little of, in his lifetime.
