The monster swarms as well as the strange fear spell that had spread over the city had gotten Teddy thinking. They needed to train more and be better prepared for anything that might come up while in Promenade. And to train properly, they needed a good place to train. And since there was no Avengers mansion around, they'd need to make a new place. He had an idea for something but he wanted to talk to Charles before he went asking around for help on creating it or trying to dream up anything on his own. It would be rude to just start making changes after all.
So Teddy has been looking for Charles. Dressed casually, he's walking the halls in search of the man in the wheelchair to see if he can spare some time to talk.
