[After making his way through the city, Arthur is now certain of one thing: he has no idea what to make of this place.
Or, rather, he certaintly has less of an idea than he did before. The architecture here sure as hell doesn't match up with anything Ariadne had designed for any level of the Fischer job, nor is he inclined to believe that any part of Fischer's subconscious could have generated something like this. If they'd all been thrust into Limbo whenever Fischer had been shot by Mal, then there was the possibility... No, that didn't seem right; admittedly, he didn't know much about Limbo, but he doubted that there would really be this many projections down there.
Projections. Could he really be sure that's what these other people were?
Either way, the amount of people - projections, whichever - and their behavior, the organization of the city streets, the architecture of the city buildings, the palace, the fact that there even was a palace here... None of it added up.
He'd have to meet with the others to be sure of anything, wouldn't he? Though there was no telling of even that, really.
And so it was that he finally made his way to the docks on the beach. There was no telling what he might find, but at least it would be something.]
