What: Lily brings a kitten home.

When: After Lily picks up her kitten (either October 3rd or 4th).
Warnings: Kittens and possibilities of cuteness involving Severus Snape.
[ It was hard to believe how excited she was over a kitten. While she wasn't sure what Severus would say about the kitten she didn't really care at the moment. The kitten was given the name Socks, but she wasn't sure if she was going to keep it; the kitten was still young enough to learn a new name.
She walked with the kitten cradled in her jacket and it fell asleep halfway to Spinner's End. Thankfully she was able to open the door without having to use her hands since she didn't want to disturb the kitten as it slept. Kicking the door closed she glanced around to see if Severus was around. ]
