[Aqua had been fighting for days, comforting the others who had been left behind for just as long even though she's wanted to break since she saw the feed of the two blond boys fall victim to the nightmare that was this week.

Ven, Roxas, Sora, Charles... and Light knew who all else. She hadn't been around to help any of them, and by the time she arrived to where they'd perished, their bodies were already moved. The fact that they'd died wasn't the only thing that had upset her, though. The reason this all began-a child's temper tantrum-is what angered her the most. Because of it, her friends and allies suffered-everyone lost people who mattered greatly to them. Terra and Riku... They were both closer to the Darkness because of this, too. Her worry for them was probably the only thing keeping her from flying off the handle because... what would happen to them if something happened to her, too?

Aqua couldn't stop herself from thinking that as she sat there, just barely out of reach of the Unnatural with a small basket of assorted pieces of metal and stained glass, freshly cut. She didn't know how long they would have to wait, but she may as well do something productive while the wait continued...]

I'm still alive, but can't apologize-no...

"Aqua-san?"

When she arrives, there's a familiar face from the past week, but free from much and sand and filth with a blanket looped over her arm and a carafe in one hand. She offers the blanket to the Master.

"Here, there's no need to sit on the grass. The air is a little cool, too.

"...Rukia." Aqua gives a faint, tired and sad nod of recognition. Even in the blur of events and death, she couldn't truly forget such a strong heart of light. At first, she's a little surprised at the gesture, but it does earn a faint smile.

"Mm. Thank you." Though, she normally didn't mind getting a few grass stains, but it would provide a cleaner surface to work; one she'll accept gladly. "...How are the ones on your end doing?" Ever the worrier, this one.

Rukia spares a glance over her shoulder to where the massive red dragon was curled around a smaller white and black lizard-like thing. Judging by the colors, Aqua might be able to identify it as Shiro. Tucked against him, is a dark figure with pale blue lines peeking out on her skin. Large ears. An elf of some sort who leans her head into the white fluff, and Ichigo who is flanking her other side.

"...Not as well as I would like."

Aqua's gaze follows Rukia's, and it doesn't really take much to figure out the power before the figure it belongs to. Shiro... She also recognizes Lior vaguely, and Ichigo. The dragon, however, not so much. It earns a bow of the head, knowing too well the want to stay near those you care about.

"...I have to say the same." Her gaze falls on Axel a distance away, not really sure if it would be right to join him when she knew she should be waiting for Terra to arrive from home as well. Not to mention... Kairi and Riku were still taking this hard-as expected.

Rukia follows Aqua's gaze back to her people on the other side. Everyone here was quiet, demured, lost in their grief or worry. So, Rukia hands a few more blankets over to Aqua, nodding towards the despondent figures, indicating they were for them. It was the least she could do, to make everyone as comfortable as possible while they waiting for their loved ones. It was how she was coping with this mess, if you could call denying her own exhaustion and stress while she tried to keep her friends together "coping".

"I suppose you are waiting for Sora-san?" She digs out a sketchbook and a marker. "I hate to be pushy, but anyone else? We're trying to...well, keep the process as organized as possible. There's a lot of people here, after all."

The silence was almost suffocating, really-a cold reminder that something had been lost and they were just waiting for what seems to be an eternity. If it were possible, she'd say it was almost more somber than what it was waiting back home.

She accepts the blankets with a nod of gratitude, pauses, then shakes her head at the 'pushy' comment. The only way it could be pushy was if it were something even more personal. "It's fine." A pause before, "Yes, and two... three others." She understands far too easily, after all. All she wants is to gather the boys and girls into one huddle while they wait, but... "Ventus, Roxas, and Charles Xavier."

Because no matter how he died in that manner, she's determined that there will be words for more than likely making his students break down like so many others. Rukia isn't the only one trying to cope while watching over others.

Rukia dutifully notes the names, scratching in Aqua's beside them. Xavier and Sora had others waiting for them, but Ventus and Roxas were new names on the list. But the list was too long. It covered one page and started well into the next one. And it wasn't even the volume of people that were waiting for their loved ones - the victims numbered that many. It made her heart ache to see it.

"Thank you, I'll keep in touch if I see or hear them come out." She sighs, resisting to urge to rub at her eyes. She needed sleep, but refused to let herself rest while others were still suffering. More to the point, she didn't know what Ichigo might decided to do while in his current state. "It'll help, getting them to their friends and families as quick as possible."

Lists of the dead were always too long, so long as one remained on them. She pauses though, wondering just how the others were dealing with this, if she was so much of a wreck she's almost on autopilot.

"Mm. Thank you, Rukia." She refuses to get any more rest until she was sure that her boys were safe and sound, both those who had died and those who stayed alive. This is probably another reason why she brought along the charms to work on; to keep herself awake. "...Don't work yourself too hard though, okay?"

She can't help but be a bit worried for her new friend, after all.

Rukia offers her a smile. Its tiny and slow to show, but its there, laced with empathy and her own quiet consolation. Two of a kind, these two, trying to keep their friends taped together through this mess. Often at the expense of their own comfort and solace. But that was okay, wasn't it? That was the point - as long as their loved ones were okay, then that was enough.

Well, until they eventually collapsed from the stress of denying their own problems, but that was another story.

"I'll be alright. I have a lot more stamina than a human does."

Then, looking down, she spots the pile of crafts supplies, blinking.

"Were you making something?"

Two of a kind, indeed. It's really all they can do, given the circumstances. She doesn't know about Rukia, but it makes her feel better just doing whatever she can to assist the others in the healing process; like it's also therapy for herself as well.

The eventual collapse from exhaustion and denial aside, anyway.

"Even so, I'm sure everyone needs respite after a while." Even though wielding the Keyblade also gave extra stamina and caused their bodies to be able to take much more than average humans, she can still feel the tiredness hanging over her. Superhuman weren't always so super, after all-

Attention diverted, her gaze follows Rukia's and a tiny smile forms as she nods. "Good luck charms. Though, normally they're supposed to be made of seashells." Quietly, she pulls her own from her back pocket; even after all the carnage, it still shines like the ocean reflecting the sunlight.

"They'll eventually look something like this."

"There is more than physical weariness to contend with right now." More to heal than just broken bones and flesh. Hearts needed time to heal that wounds just did not. Or at the very least, time was needed to resteel them. Who knew how long that would take? So much depended on the person in question.

Looking at the blue glass hinged together into a star shape in Aqua's palm, Rukia leans in. It looked delicate, but she could guess that if it belonged to Aqua, it had seen many a long, arduous battle. Yet, it remained whole.

"Its lovely, and you made them yourself? That shows a fair deal of skill."

[Terra had essentially been forced to take a long, hard look at himself after the madness had ended. He hadn't gone with the others to wait immediately; instead, he'd chosen to reflect on the events of the past few days.

It was half-way through the second day of the wait that he managed to collect his thoughts enough to join the other survivors. Seeing that familiar head of blue hair was all the reassurance he needed that he wouldn't be alone in this wait.

He just hoped that she wouldn't notice the gold flecks that remained in his eyes.] Hey.

[Aqua had given him the space he no doubt needed at that point-being passed out on the floor for well over eighteen hours probably helped in that regard, somewhat.]

Hey, yourself. [She knew that voice well enough that she didn't have to look up to recognize it; that and his heart-the sincerity that came from it. Yet Aqua still looks up, giving a sad smile before placing her work down for a moment. She did notice the flecks of gold in those blue eyes. She didn't, however, mention them as she held up a blanket to him then patted the space beside her.] Here. ... Have a seat.

[It was just so weird, being able to use her voice after days of being silent.]

[He'd been fortunate enough to make it to his own bed when he'd finally let himself pass out. Having the time to think after he'd woken up without being bothered had been something of a mixed blessing.

Faintly, he nods, and joins her on that blanket on the ground.] Thanks. ... Sorry I took so long.

[He notes the presence of the metal and the colored glass, and can't help the small smile that appears on his face. 'Of course...'] Looks like you've been keeping busy.

[Well, good for him. It didn't really matter with her aside from a slight crick in her neck afterward, and even then she crawled to bed after so she wouldn't get stepped on. After that, it was material hunting time.]

It's fine; I just got here not too long ago, myself. [Carefully avoiding the mention of the gold in his eyes and what caused it; that is her goal for the moment. Yet she notices where his eyes fell. ...She's just that much of an easy read, isn't she.]

Only just. [Her fingers brush against the vibrant red as she weaves the same spell she did into theirs, but another idea crosses her mind as she does so.] ...Terra, can I see yours for a moment?
