[...well, this was unpleasant. Being brought here from his own quick, sudden death had been nothing compared to this.

There are moments where Giles can still feel the mandibles of the corpsepede under his skin, moving dead muscle and broken bone. There are moments where he can still feel the claws tearing through his skin and tearing out his life. The sight of his own mangled body occasionally flashes through his eyes.

Needless to say, he's probably been sick a couple of times already, and Giles doesn't look well on his feet as he leaves the Unnatural. The sight of the crowd waiting outside...kind of stuns him. As does the quiet. Everything is...just so quiet.

It should be nice, after the screaming and chittering and whispering. But it isn't. It's dizzying and frightening. It's almost an entirely new level of hell. Gives a quality of unreality to everything that he'd wanted to escape in the Unnatural.

He hurriedly ducks his head and just...tries to find a place out of the way to sit, and breathe, and pull himself together now that he's free of the cloying feeling of death and decay that had even persisted inside the building. It's not an experience he's terribly eager to repeat, ever again.

Anyone approaching will find Giles fiddling with his mask and...staring at nothing and just generally looking like a beaten down man. If he sees and recognizes you from the recent chaos, however, even in passing he might approach to talk.]
