Honestly, Ichigo couldn't see what all the fuss was about. It's dinner, just like every other night, with an extra person coming. Seriously, this was not an uncommon occurrence, and Lior had already become such a regular addition at the table a place was set for her without thought about it.
So what if it's Byakuya who's coming by? Ichigo told him to, hadn't he? The guy needed to get out more. Shiro would have to deal, and behave himself. Nothing to freak out about, right?
But, it still results in a stressed Rukia ( honestly, the things she does for that jackass of a brother ) and an irritable Ichigo anyway. The food did not have to be gourmet, and for god's sake, they didn't need spotless napkins, and place settings!
Escaping, finally, from the crazy midget, Ichigo huffs a sigh, and is walking down the back steps to make sure the door was unlocked. Actually it was just an excuse to get out of the kitchen, and away from the bitching, but he might catch someone down there, so it's valid enough to buy him a minute of peace.
