[ Do you have what it takes to win the trophy? Wanna wear the championship belt that says you’re the best of the best? Show us your skills and prove that you can walk the talk.
Let’s Struggle!!
Rules: -Main objective: have the most orbs in your possession at the end of the time limit -Everyone’s given 25 colored orbs (different color for each participant). -Once hit, the orbs will fall and either person is free to gather them up. -No hitting below the belt or cheap shots, doing any will be automatic point deduction or disqualification depending on the severity of the hit. -No supernatural skills. -Whoever has the most points (orbs) in the end of the time limit wins.
Competitors are free to choose from three different Struggle bats: Sword: Most commonly used, good for those who favor strength and speed. Hammer: A little heavier than the normal Struggle bat, good for keeping defense and dealing heavy hits. Wand: The lightest of the three, good for those who are agile and want to get in that surprise attack.
[He feels kind of weird wearing all those orbs on his body, but it's part of the game; they will all look pretty ridiculous and that he can live with. At least the balance and weight of that sword bat is somewhat similar to what he is used to.
Now... where is that opponent he is supposed to fight?]
[Um. He's right here, looking a bit embarrassed. But he still can't wipe the grin off his face. He looks ridiculous, and he knows it.] Well. I can honestly say that I've done sillier things than this.
[A couple of test swings of his own bat, and he nods, satisfied, and then looks at Riku. Make note of that competitive glint in his eye, and the confident smirk. Even as ridiculous as the two of them look? He's looking forward to this.] Don't hold back, all right?
[He crooks his head and raises an eyebrow.] Do I even want to know?
[Riku certainly can't say that he isn't kind of excited about this; he has a feeling his chances to win here aren't all to high, but that certainly won't stop him from trying.]
Heh, you don't know me that well, do you?
[He lifts up the bat and slides into stance, smirking with an arrogance he doesn't really feel, glints of competitiveness and mischief dancing in his eyes.]
[Riku would have felt insulted, if he had planned to.
His smirk widens just a little, but his gaze turns serious as he angles his bat a little more, waiting for the referee's starting signal. He knows, if he wants to have any chance, he will have to go for the first strike.]
[What is ready and what is prepared? Then again, this will be just like the Mark of Master exam's sparring segment; no elemental spells were allowed in it, either. Though it's honestly the first time she ever had to wield a strange, crooked yellow stick with a blue star on the end.]
[...At least it could be held the same way her Keyblade is?]
[Oh well, she'll just twirl it like a baton for a moment, waiting for her challenger to step into the ring. She is completely innocent this time around.]
[The only bat Fabian has ever used were the ones made of wood, so he supposes it's a good thing the Struggle bats were made out of foam instead. Looks like it'd hurt less at least. He takes a few practice swings to get used to it, before he steps into the ring.
...He could shake off this feeling of dread. In his experience, whenever he fought anyone female he usually had his ass handed back to him.]
[She was only used to fighting with a blade or wooden sword. Seeing her opponent enter the right, however, causes her to smile kindly. Win or loose, they were here to have a good time and do their best; that was all that matters.
Girl power will win every single time.] May the best fighter win? [Civility; she is capable of it.]

[Fabian rushes to meet her also swinging -- though he doesn't try to stop her, instead planning to take the hit, hope she doesn't hit that hard and see if he can land one himself. If nothing else, he's pretty good at taking hits.]

[He should be incredibly glad that her defense is sorely lacking, then. Aqua gracefully strikes him in the side the moment his own bat strikes her. Judging by the strength of the blow, however, she's holding back a bit.
Grabbing a couple orbs that fell to the ground, now.]

[Fruit Ball and Ice Cream Beat are... well. Definitely sillier than this. Give him Rumble Racing any day.
Ooh. That was the right answer.] Good, because neither do I.
[Falling into his own stance. He's ready whenever you are.]
