Welcome to the party, kids. With directions dispensed to Musetta's Parisian style apartment, you should have no trouble finding your way in. Bowen has been the busiest of beavers in preparing this event for his sister and it has all the traditional trappings of a birthday party: balloons and streamers, drinks and food, and, of course, cake.
Both birthday boy and girl are dressed and ready to greet guests, although one of them looks a bit bewildered by the proceedings entirely, while the other appears rather reticent in participating in it--(despite being the one to arrange this whole thing. Will you buck up, Bowen? Nay, he says, nay.)
There is some music playing, but it is relatively quiet. The speaker system has been set up next to a small table that already has a few gifts and cards placed on it.
