She wasn't the only being in disguise out and about on the streets right now; Knock Out still prefers to crawl the streets in his alt mode, despite having comprised his local camouflage over the PORTAL network at least once. After all, just because some people knew he was a giant robot didn't mean he wanted to walk around as one all the time.

So he cruised, a sleek sports car with a striking red paintjob...that was still a bit marred from his sparring match with Ichigo. He might have been able to dream up wax and polish for himself, but apparently the special blends he liked to use still had to be mixed manually.

Which was why, if Raven was the type to notice cars, she might notice that this one seemed to be examining itself in the reflective front windows of a store, jerking forward and back incrementally on his wheels as he fretted over the scuffs and mars in his finish.

"Whoah."

And really, what else can Raven be expected to say when she came into contact with not only an absolutely gorgeous car, but one that apparently seemed to move all by itself? Was this just another quirk of the already very strange dream world they were in? Or was this something else completely?

With a bit of caution, but certainly more curiosity than anything else, the blonde approached said car from a distance, watching it. Just to make sure she wasn't seeing things.

At first, Knock Out was far too distracted but his examination to notice he was being observed. His engine grumbled his unhappiness at the state of his appearance; for a mech used to being utterly sleek and perfectly groomed, having any dents and dings and dull patches was a travesty.

To say that he was feeling a little self-conscious was an understatement.

So when he did finally realize there was a squishy in the vicinity and that it had been watching him, he did something a bit unprecedented. Engine grumbling, he turned himself three-quarters to the organic-- his most attractive angle in this alt-- and asked, "Like what you see?" His voice was deep, and perfectly clear despite the ambient noise of his engine.

If the question came out a little aggressive, well, he was feeling a little vulnerable.

Yep, that car was actually moving around on its own and somehow speaking to her. This encounter was now officially the strangest thing Raven has come across since her arrival into the dream city only a month earlier.

Smiling, because it was always important to be polite (especially to things she doesn't completely understand), the blonde gave a small nod of her head before taking another delicate step forward. Marred or not, Raven couldn't deny that he was the most strikingly beautiful car she had ever seen.

"Yeah, I really think I do."

He really was feeling vulnerable, if a compliment from a squishy was enough to make his engine purr under his hood, and he allowed himself a moment to be glad Breakdown wasn't around to tease him for it. Then again, if there was one thing he could say for humans (and as far as he could tell, she was human), it was that they understood the fine aesthetics of automobiles.

He rocked on his wheels, something of a smug sense of satisfaction in the movement. "Then I must commend you on your very good taste~," he said, a purr in his voice to match the one in his engine.

"Uh, thanks." It was still a little weird, but then again so was she, so why not just go with it.

Taking a few much more confident strides further, the blonde gave the car a quick look over, taking in the beautiful paint job, his sleek design, and the few imperfections he may have actually had. But really, a closer view only impressed the mutant further.

"So, I hate to be rude, but do most cars talk around here or is this all just in my head?"

As it should have, as it should have. His alt form had been meticulously chosen for its sleek lines and stunning appearance, and he-- usually-- kept himself flawlessly maintained. The scuffs in his finish couldn't diminish the raw elegance of the vehicle itself.

He laughed, a rolling chuckle that sounded, really, entirely human. "Neither. As far as I know, I'm the only, ah, talking car you're going to find~."

Strangely enough, that human-like laugh was enough to make her small concern for the situation to completely disappear. The sweet expression she now bestowed on the car was a much more genuine beaming smile.

"Well, that's probably for the best. I don't know if I could take more than just one, to be perfectly honest. Do you have a name or-..." Should she just call him car or something? What was the polite way to ask a car for it's name?

He laughs again, his engine engaged with a purr and he turned in her direction, rolling smoothly within arm's reach. "Knock Out. My name's Knock Out~."
