Angela was just about to head out the door when she turned the corner and bumped straight into someone. She blinked a moment, adjusted her mask. "Sorry about that."
Angela does a similar double-take, then pushes her mask up, since she's inside and isn't about to get harped on for it here. "Oh, hey. I guess we live in the same house. Unless you're visiting someone."
"I wonder how many more people are going to pop up here..." She wondered for a moment before remembering herself and giving the other girl a smile. "I'm Angela, by the way."
The blonde shook her head. "Not really; I was about to go take a look. I don't wanna go out too far, though." Not that she was afraid of getting lost or anything. No. Of course not.
"That's a good idea. This place is really big-- bigger than any of the cities in my world, at least." She propped her fists on her hips. "I've been looking around for a way out, but I haven't found anything so far. It's a lot harder to do on your own than when you're with a group."
"It just keeps going. So far the only end I've seen is the beach." The beach she'd run to the first day. She wished she had her flute to call Booskaboo, but she doubted it would work anyway. "And that just leads out to water, water, and more water."
Rikku nodded. "I see. Well, that would be too easy, wouldn't it?" She chuckled, shaking her head. "I think as long as cooler heads prevail, and everyone works together, we can all get back home okay."
"You're very optimistic." Not an insult or anything cynical. It's a part of Hawk's personality that endeared him to her. "Have you been through something like this before?"
"Nope." Rikku shrugged. "But in a case like this, it's better to keep positive than be down all the time, right?" She smiled. "Getting angry or upset about the situation won't do any good."
"I guess. I can't help but feel a little angry, though. Especially when that jerky guy starts calling us names for not being happy about being here." She frowned a little. If she had an opportunity to pop this Genero character in the nose, she'd take it.
