Who: Owen Harper, Jack Harkness, Ianto Jones
What: Owen is possessed by his VC
Where: Torchwood Hub
When: night
Warnings: Violence, possibly language (Owen will just be growling and whatnot)

Owen feels different when he wakes up. He barely registers Katie's absence - it's not like she's been around long enough for him to get used to her again - but, at the same time, it's part of the undercurrent of rage and loneliness running through him. Katie's gone again, he had Diane ripped from him, and Tosh-

There is, of course, one common thread that links all of them. It's bothered him ever since he went into that ER and saw the thing in Katie's head. He'd told him once - while punching him, in fact - that he should've saved her. He should've saved all of them, but Jack's got some sort of fucking god complex, choosing who lives and who dies on a whim. And Owen? He's the one who never wanted to be saved. All of this is some sort of sick joke, he's sure, and he sure as hell isn't laughing at it. In fact, now seems like a good time to teach Jack about just how humourless the entire situation - his entire fucking life - is.

Maybe that's why he'd agreed to move in here in the first place, he thinks as he pulls on a shirt and pants. To keep an eye on Jack - and Ianto, to a lesser extent. To make sure Jack doesn't destroy anybody else. Problem is, it isn't as easy as it sounds, keeping an immortal bloke out of commission. He reckons if he does it once, takes him by surprise, he can drug him and lock him up in one of the cells, keep overdosing him and watching him die again and again-

Yeah, there might be a little problem with that plan, and that problem is Ianto. If he had time, he'd figure out some way to use the teaboy as bait - but he wants to move now. He's in his medical bay before he knows it, taking stock of his inventory. He's not sure where Jack spends his nights, but he's got to come in here sometime. A nice scalpel seems like a good choice - easy enough to sever one of the arteries, once he's close enough - but the powered bone saw is awfully tempting, if potentially messy.
