Who: Dr. J.S. Steinman and his victims.
What: Steinman is taking advantage of the distraction granted by the Vengeance Children to try and do a few makeovers.
Where: All around the city of Promenade and Steinman's hideout.
When: The second half of the Vengeance Children event (April 11-14)
Warnings: Kidnapping, violence, gore, possibly language, a great deal of crazy.
Ever since he came to the surface, he has been biding his time. He has been watching, he has been waiting, but the guards are ever-present. Finding a patient has been difficult, and he can feel the Goddess's anger, raging at him for not proceeding in his work. With the rush of new arrivals, he has decided that no one would miss a few, but even they are watched far too well.
Then the screeching and howling started on the network, and beneath his surgical mask, Steinman smiled. A distraction. Perfect. Perhaps the Goddess has sent this, one last chance. He will not fail her. He refuses to.
The doctor takes syringes and fills them with sedatives. He will sedate them as much as he needs, from partially conscious to completely out, and then he will fix them. He will make them beautiful. He is Dr. J.S. Steinman, Picasso of surgery, and his blades and his ADAM will free them from the tyranny of the commonplace.
Tommy gun under his arm and sedatives at the ready, he sets out in search of patients.
