Stacks upon neat stacks of paper littered the tiny bedroom Link had been occupying as a temporary workspace. They towered up towards the ceiling like tiny skyscrapers, impossibly sturdy despite their sheer size. It made the room feel impossibly cramped, unable to properly house all of Link's very necessary documents that contained all of his collective data as well as the paperwork he had been drawing up for the various Exorcists with a glaring exception of the one and only Allen Walker. No, it appeared that only Walker hadn't suffered from any strange memory problems. Everything was just as it should be, especially those charms that bound his Innocence from use. Although, he supposed that was suspicious in itself.
Why was it that Allen had not been affected? What had made him immune to whatever was happening here? Or himself for that for that matter. . . Either way, he was definitely going to find out what was going on here and how to return home.
There was simply no time to be wasting in some dreamland. However, he had to take things one step at a time and the first order of business for him right now was meeting with Walker. He glanced over towards the door expectantly, waiting for it to be pushed open.
