"I've spoken to Hecate since I've been here," she replied, which had been odd to say the least and had kept her up, questions spinning through her mind, "Which Goddess are you then?" She had a fair idea in mind but it would be presumptuous to come right out and say it and while she might have cast aspersions on a normal person, doing it to a God was plain stupid.
Dreaming things and having them appear wasn't really lovely to Shirley. It was a reminder that this wasn't home, wasn't the real world in any sense and sent horrible pangs of longing for London or Glasgow or even Edinburgh. "I'd call it useful," she said finally after a moment of consideration, "It can make lovely things appear but I shouldn't be able to do something like that."

Behind her mask, one eyebrow arched and she was glad that so much of her face was hidden from view at that moment?
"Really?" She asked, a concerted effort on her part at keeping her voice free from any sort of tone.
