I miss Asia
When I was a kid (OMG! why does he always start like that?!), I really wanted to learn Cantonese. I thought it would be so cool to understand and uhem... sing those Cantonese hits. Do you remember a time when Cantopop ruled the chinese world and song after song just tugged at your heart strings? Well, that time has long passed us.
Of course it's great living in the Bay Area. Lotsa azn food (more variety and even better than that in singapore), lotsa azn movies (get this: I watched lust caution at embarcadero in SF!) and more importantly: LOTSA AZN PPLE! woo hoo! (I blame this sudden outburst on my 3year stay in the midwest)
I guess I just miss where I am originally from. We all do, don't we?
