Week 279 Extension

I'm going to go ahead and make the official call for an extension this week. With the holidays, not getting to reminders until yesterday, and knowing I'll be gone for a concert most of the night, it just isn't likely that we'll go from no icons to enough for voting in time to stay on schedule. As such, the new deadline will be on Friday, January 3rd.
