After watching countless hours of The Next Food Network Star today (my favorite contestant won -- the funny, gay couple from Chicago Dan & Steve), I started thinking to myself, "Can I cook?" Make blended drinks, yes -- and how! Microwave things, check. But actually make real meals

God, I rarely ever cook. I eat the same frozen or canned stuff all the time. I'm intimidated by the thought of cooking chicken, I don't know why.

That sounds yummy. We should all make dinner together one night instead of IHOP. That Spanish Rice dish sounds really good. If you can make that I'm sure you won't be exiled to the land of Ramen noodles and frozen pizza. Although, to be fair, there are alot of meals you can make out of ramen noodles, not so much with the frozen pizza though.

Can you cook, you say? Come on, Sally, you put two pizzas in the microwave together and cooked them for as long as you cook one. This is not even proper microwave etiqueue.

pssssh, Bubz, you know you like your pizzas to be a little frozen in the center because it's like dinner and dessert together!

but, alas, that's the point -- i'm trying to learn how to cook so i don't do silly things like that.
