I just bought a pass for the second two days of the Austin City Limits festival from a lady off craigslist. I picked it up at her house. She was a skinny yoga lady in South Austin with a wonderful Buddha-dog and two sociable cats.
I'm going to see Old 97s, Drive-By Truckers, Neko Case, Gillian Welch, Band of Horses, Conor Oberst, Robert Plant & Allison Krauss, Erykah Badu and other stuff. I'm going to spend gobs of money on festival food and beer. And hey, it's only been topping out at 93 these past few days. This will be the first music I've seen since moving to Austin. Not sure what I've been doing.
