shipping nightmare
Don't ever use UPS, they will damage your packages. I shipped out a guitar two months ago after selling it on eBay. Well, sometime in-transit the guitar got damaged; I filled a claim and they investigated the issue and determined there wasn't enough packaging. This was supposed to be a straight forward process. I sell guitar on ebay, someone wins the bid, I ship it out, buyer gets guitar, simple. Why is UPS such a fucktard.
Now the buyer is on my ass about the guitar, UPS took it back to investigate. But I think they returned it to him. The only solution I can think of is to try and get it repaired.
