Subleasing
Today I'm spending the afternoon showing my apartment in the hopes that someone will sublease it soon. I've got three people schedule to see it today and I'm hoping one of them is a taker. My landlord has been unresponsive, all I've gotten is his answering machine and he hasn't called me back. I don't want him to be the only setback to the subleasing. If I have someone truly interested in the place and my landlord doesn't get back to me, then I'm going to run the credit check on my own. I'll give him a copy of what I find and document everything involved.
