Saget
Somehow the work day has flown by today, up until now at least. Now if only the whole week will fly by so it can be the weekend again!
Justin and I went to see Bob Saget do stand-up this weekend. It was one of Justin’s Christmas gifts and he completely loved it. Thank goodness I was prepared; I know there were a lot of people there expecting Full House Bob Saget and they were very surprised with the show. If you haven’t seen him since his Danny Tanner days, he’s done a complete 180. Or, maybe he was always like this and just hid it well? Anyway, he’s a dirty, dirty man but still very funny. I’m not usually a huge fan of the overboard raunchy comedy, but he was so quick witted and some of his one-liners had me in stitches. Plus, it sounds weird considering the content of his show, but he seems like a really nice guy. At the end he went on and on profusely thanking everyone for coming and telling people to be safe and enjoy our evenings. I get the impression that a lot of his on-stage persona is just a bit and he’s genuinely a nice guy. Well, a nice guy with his mind firmly in the gutter. ;)
