Well...
I haven't updated this thing in quite a while. I think it's because I spend so much time on IJ now. Like, I had what amounted to a shell account there, roobeastie, but now I'm actually updating it. I keep meaning to make a nifty character list for plotting purposes, but I keep putting it off because I just don't feel like it. Besides, the games I'm in have plotting posts that are generally useful.
News of me, hmm, do I have any? Oh, I hit the five year mark at work. This was surprising to me because it's the longest I've ever held a job. Apparently, they like me. Pretty cool.
I'm stuck with what to do with certain characters in Mythop, but I don't want to drop them because then I'll be sad and miss them. Agrat, Baldr, Echo, Eve, and Nimue are all feeling stilted to me, and I'm not sure if it's because of my own lacking creativity or what. It probably doesn't help that I've been feeling incredibly awkward about reaching out to other players with ideas and such.
I am a little excited about the return to NYC, since I'm starting fresh with Euterpe so hopefully I can get some good CR with people I don't usually poke out of that. She's a little older and more feisty this time around.
I wish the Cain player from Monte would consider trying him out at Mythop, because I think her Cain would gel beautifully with Lindsey's Samael there, but K is newer to RPing and I wouldn't want to overload her. Also, the pb she uses is taken by Hades (which makes things a bit weird for me whenever I see Hades post) and that can be a dealbreaker for some people. I mean, it's hard for me not to associate certain faces to certain characters.
Blah, I rambled. Oh well. I should work on some creative writing, I have a smut jones to fill. >_>
