Living in a big city had many positive aspects, one of which was a great variety of people. Great variety of people meant great variety of tastes and great variety of tastes meant great variety of food and great variety of food included great variety of sweets. Of cakes and pies, tarts and cupcakes, Eastern baklava and Italian gelato, airy meringues and dense rich brownies, fillings of chocolate and vanilla, fresh fruit and berries, toppings of whipped cream and ponds of syrup and many other delicious pastries and heavenly desserts. As hard as it was to admit, there were things other than killing that the humans were very good at.
