Anyone who was at Zest Fest last year can testify: people are looking for heat in their food, not just in hot sauce but in areas such as jellies and desserts. I really need to experiment on buttercreams and fondants to determine the right type of heat to add, but I have a Sangria Jelly that would go perfect between layers of a cake.
