I now have some white Satin Ice fondant, which I purchased at
Cake Carousel in Richardson. When I went to store last week, the white and chocolate fondant were in stock (along with lots of other cool cake products). I haven't had a chance to work with it (or taste it), but I'll post whenever I've used it on a project.
If you haven't had a chance to see the store, check it out (even if you are the most casual of cake decorators). There's all sorts of Wilton and other cake pans, candies to top cakes (such as silver and gold dragees), candy molds, books and other cake-related items. The store also offers classes with such noted experts as Browen Weber. BTW,
txtriffidranch, there is a class offered in the spring on creating flowers in gum paste (you can see an example of what the instructor does in the display case at the front of the store).
