So Beautiful Video
Hey, have any of you guys seen this yet? It's on the Darren Hayes website under the "Latest Videos" tab. I really don't have much to say, but I'll be nice and cut it anyway, in case anyone considers the information spoilers...
Again, I really don't have many comments. The streaming video quality wasn't that great on my sad college connection, but even in low resolution it was a beautiful (no pun intended) video. It has a very pretty sort of glittery light filter used that made the whole video sort of incandescently shiny. The 'walking on air' effect was also pretty neat, but not as noticable because of the low quality, I think.
One thing I found odd was the predominance of women throughout the video. I realize there was obviously some point about how being loved makes you beautiful or something (?) but it seemed more like Darren was trying to enter into the sisterhood of beautiful women or something.
But yeah. Best part was definitely bouncy!Darren when he gets into the bridge.
In other news, my fanfic100 project is being held off for a few weeks until November so that I can be lame and use it in conjunction with NaNoWriMo. Coz really, that's the only way I'm going to come even close to writing a novel in November. And yes, I'll still fail, but at least maybe it'll get my muses inspired.
