Ive just joined so im trying to get to grips with everything at the moment, and how to work the site properly. I'm hoping to go for a run in a moment to try to lose some weight. I just find it really hard everything I do doesnt seem to work for me. But i find diets hard, because im a veggie and i can't eat alot of dariy. I know that with out these foods in my idet it sounds like it would be easier but i don't know i do wrong.
So im open to any suggestions.
