I hope you guys missed me (the possibility is low, but one can hope). I've been deathly busy with real life that's not even real (acads) and real life that's a bit more like real life (work), and real life that makes it worth living (AME and Adam Lambert and my multitude of Shiny Boys/Deliciously Buff Men/Multi-degreed Nerds).
Before academic deadlines came and minced whatever was left of my brain into slush, I was pleasantly surprised to get a couple of these:
[forgive the sucky picture quality; had no idea I would be going, therefore I had no decent camera prepared]
I had never expected to go. I had resigned myself days before that I would spend the evening of 10-10-10 crying at home and imagining how Adam would stick out his tongue while hitting the high notes. But then, on my way to choir practice (and band rehearsal later) on Sunday morning, I got a phone call from my cousins Suzy and Cathy, asking me what I would be doing that evening.
Okay, just to give some backstory on the matter: I spend some weekdays in Quezon City, where I stay at Sue's house during class days, and every time the talk turned to the Glamnation concert, every body was quick to change the topic. What I thought then was, huhu they all have tickets (my cousins are moneyed, unlike my poor self) and are going, and they just don't want to talk about it so I don't feel bad.
Apparently they did have tickets, but they were for me. A month-delayed birthday gift. Two tickets for me and a friend ;O;
I LOVE YOU GUYS.♥♥♥♥♥♥
I called up some friends who could possibly come at such a short notice (I got the tickets six hours or so before the concert), and Ian [
fewmany ] confirmed \o/. We met at the train (LRT) and I spazzed at him all throughout the ride. We arrived at MOA and had a spot of dinner, seeing random people holding posters or dressed up in shiny Glamnation wardrobe. Curry for dinner whoo, Ian's treat. Thanks sweets ;O;

We then went to the concert grounds, where we waited until the show was just about to start before we did some epic seat hopping :)) We managed to get to the closer part of the Gold section by the time Adam came out. Adam, in all his shiny, sparkly, alabaster glory.
This, no doubt, was my favorite song of the night:

Check out this uploader's other videos, as she has all of the songs in her YT channel XD
Basically, I stood on my seat the entire time spazzing and hitting Ian very hard on the shoulders according to the beat *O*
It was totes magical, and lol, Mic and Diego were also there with some family and friends, as well as Marien (WHO HAD A MEET AND GREET LUCKY BITCH). Diego wanted some of what was in Adam's wardrobe line-up that night. What does that tell you? :D
I swear I will get to watch him again, and get an M&G too. Maybe not here in the Philippines, but SOMEWHERE. SOMEDAY I SHALL BE BASKED IN SPARKLING ADAM LAMBERT SWEAT AND GLORY.
---I owe a lot to this artist. He was one of the singers whose songs and existence helped me through a rough patch last year. AND. He was the one who re-introduced Tokio Hotel to me (I WILL THANK HIM FOREVER) after putting them aside early '08. I was severely depressed when I thought I would not be able to support him on his performance here, so my high when I found out I was going was inexplicable. Inexplicable.---

Acads-wise, I was able to pass all my requirements on time, but I'm still waiting. Sometimes I'm afraid to open CRS to see my grades. (Doesn't help that I had a very bad acad-related nightmare recently).
AME-wise, CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW MEMBERS! Make us proud, guys.
AME TRACK 10 is only several days away!!!!!!!! I AM HYPERVENTILATING.(Ticket information available here!

Man-collection-wise:
Merlin - so many naked mornings with Prince Arthur will soon cause a heart attack. AND GWAINE IN THE NEXT EPISODE I CANNOT WAIT AHHHH.
Smallville - Finally, after floating over his bed sleeping almost ten years ago, Clark Kent flew again. BUT HE WAS NOT AWARE WTF.
Bones - David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel make me cry like a crying me :( And Dr. Sweets is awesome ♥ I didn't expect to like the series, but Dr. Brennan was like a female Sheldon. She and Booth are sew sexy together *O*
ToHo - I spend my mornings watching live DVDs. And while yes, Zimmer 483 was still the most awesome performance wise, I'm starting to develop an appreciation for Humanoid City. But honestly, I do think Bill should go back to wearing comfortable things he can freely move in, all this designer crap is restricting him :( Can't wait for more Saturn commercials tho =))
Doctor Who - still awaiting the Christmas special, although I heard that Eleven would be making an appearance in The Sarah Jane Adventures
Glee - I still wholly support Sam/Kurt. Naysayers can say nay to my buttocks. Rocky Horror Glee Show tomorrow! \o\
Work-wise, I think I'm getting the hang of RJ, although my blasted voice is still not in top form. Here's to all my classes going well this evening~!
Any of you guys NaNoWriMo-ing next month? Let's all reach the target word-count together! And
kawaii_shuai /Georgie! Info on the baking class please~! /huggles
That's it for now, but before I go..
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
tindercrest , old man! \o/
