Robot Chicken Star Wars special
If you've never seen Robot Chicken, it's a claymation cartoon show on Cartoon Network that is produced by Seth Green. Their stuff is usually hit-or-miss, but they just did a special Star Wars-themes episode for the SW 30th Anniversary, and it's hysterical. You can watch the whole thing on the Adult Swim website.
They got permission from George Lucas and even got people like Mark Hamill, George Lucas and Hulk Hogan to do voices. Some of the skits are old, but they're all great. My favorite is ~1 minute into it, when Vader calls the Emperor after the Death Star is blown up. Classic stuff...
