So lets just start with this. The new year has been so hectic, well technically just this week and next week will be worse. I'll tell you about my class that i am taking for two weeks.
Well it's Soc105 which is Communication Between Cultures. I honestly didn't think I would like this class but I actually find it interesting. Especially being the quiet type and always keeping to myself, I finally noticed that I can be opinionated finally! To think also the people in the class are great, and it's so odd because i'm almost comfortable with everyone around me. It's a nice feeling but I most likely won't see these people ever again in my life when class ends, but my professor is great. I actually have next semester again at the Wall Campus for Intro to Education. I'm finally adjusting to college even though it may be community college but I actually am enjoying it.
For her class though to get an "A" she likes to make sure we are doing community service, so during some mornings 9-11, I decided to volunteer at the Foodbank, tomorrow is my second day and I actually was quiet enjoying it. The two hours went by quickly and it was just nice to be around older people also wanting to help out the community. My other project that I'm doing is driving around with Bill in Ocean Grove for two hours on tuesday and saturday. So now I can't make fun of him anymore for it, because it is pretty interesting.
With also barely having anytime to do some of my work for my classes i am working 5-10 everyday which sucks but it does get me thinking about things. Like today while I was in the clearance room trying to organize things, I was thinking about how a group of my friends and I can help the victims of the Tsunami. If anyone has ideas please help me. I would actually like to finally do something with my life, instead of complaining.
